We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Treasury Management team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a high level of discretion, initiative, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Treasury Management group, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe and Microsoft Teams.

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements.

  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in banking, finance, or a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
