We are looking for a Branch Manager to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Westchase banking center. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven success record and be business savvy within the area market. Additional experience needed is as follows;

  • Manages all sales, service, marketing and operations of a banking center, including loans, deposits, and partner referrals.
  • Responsible for the expansion of business relationships and the development of new business; calls on both new and existing clients.
  • Manages and develops exempt and non-exempt team members.
  • Directs branch activities, maintains prescribed security measures, and compliance with policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Executes inside and outside sales management process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years branch management or 3+ years related experience. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification).
  • Networking presence in surrounding areas preferred
  • Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus knowledge of other related fields.
  • Working knowledge of banking industry, products, customer service and management skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and have ability to work Saturdays, when required.
  • Salary and job level commensurate with experience.
