Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field
- 4+ years of progressively responsible related experience and/or equivalent experience/training from which knowledge and skills may be acquired
- Oracle eBusiness Suite and previous FAH experience preferred or strong knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems
- Understanding of financial processes and data flow from subledgers to a general ledger
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to define problems and present conclusions to management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to elicit, gather requirements, document requirements, and analyze user needs
- Sound business judgment, change management, and process improvement skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under difficult time constraints and manage multiple priorities
- Proven success in both contributing to a team-oriented environment and working independently to complete tasks
- Familiarity with basic project management tools and practices
- PL/SQL skills and a basic understanding of system architectures to assist programmers in troubleshooting and solutions are a plus
