We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Hempstead banking center.  If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, then we are interested in speaking with you!

 Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Provide full service banking by processing all financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner within established authorized limits.
  • Utilize knowledge of available bank products and services to expand and increase client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience while uncovering product or service needs for referral opportunities.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures.
  • Adherence to the bank’s security policies while maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client information.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

High School Degree or equivalent and 1+ years of experience in teller, sales, cashiering, or customer service. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.

Work Schedule: 1:15 P.M. - 5:15 P.M., Monday - Friday., 20 Hours per week.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above
  • Experience preferred in meeting sales goals and/or sales referral goals
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Salary and job level commensurate with experience. Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are eligible for a full benefits package.
