We are currently seeking an experience Correspondence Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Correspondent Banking team in Houston, TX.  


The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Manager correspondent banking relationships.
  • Generate and service a wide variety of correspondent banking products, services and loans.
  • Seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
  • Identify, solicit, service, deliver and coordinate the delivery of financial products and services.
  • Price, structure and negotiate appropriate credit requests.
  • Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the bank with banking organizations.
  • Monitor portfolios for key risk indicator violations.
  • Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 1+ year of credit associated lending or other directly related experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
  • Knowledge of correspondent banking, call report data credit and related lending.
  • Ability to expand correspondent banking products and services, bank loans and client relationships.
  • Familiarity of the sales processing and closing processes, analyzing bank financial statements, risk analysis, documentation, etc.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
  • Requires good customer service, relationship, sales, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  •  Must have good communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to structure and monitor bank performance.
  • Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
