We are looking for a Facilities Technician in Downtown Houston, TX. 

Essential Functions:

  • Inspects, services, and adjusts facilities equipment.  
  • Completes minor repairs, hardware replacement, repainting, patching, sealing, random tile replacement, and clean-ups.  
  • Performs repair or replacement of obsolete, worn, broken, failed, or inoperative systems or components; restorations and rehabilitations.
  • Conducts and documents scheduled audit of the retail banking facility physical conditions.
  • Performs maintenance service including emergency service as required.
  • Maintains stock levels, materials, subassemblies and tools.
  • Maintains cost data on all individual work requests and orders.
  • Directs and monitors vendor and service provider personnel as required.
  • Communicates with call center operator daily for input.
  • Performs building services at the retail banking facilities as requested.
  • Performs miscellaneous office space and other cleanup.
  • Requires operating a motor vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license with an good driving record.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Typically requires a High School degree or Equivalent and 2+ years of directly related experience.  Requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Projects assigned are moderately complex and requires problem solving and use of independent judgment within defined policies and practices. Applies standard practices and procedures.
  • Works under limited supervision. Determines and develops approaches to problem resolutions. Routine work requires no supervision.
