Zions Bancorporation is currently seeking an experienced Integrations Systems Analyst to maintain key applications and processes. Will assist with ongoing initiatives impacting our Integration platform systems. The successful candidate will want to be part of a motivated and driven team and work with respected leaders. Someone who is proactive, has a great attitude, is confident and wants to inspire others to achieve bank initiatives.



  • Responsible for various system functions, including: Incident, change, system and project management.
  • Responsible for managing the analysis and definition of service requests for access to services from client applications and maintenance backlog.
  • Uses project management skills to facilitate project delivery lifecycle, delivery strategies, and versioning scenarios of APIs/web services.
  • Works closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, and other IT team members to facilitate project estimates.
  • Ensure documentation for services and systems follow compliance and meet established quality standards and requirements.
  • Participates in multiple projects for various functional groups; must effectively prioritize, manage deadlines, and internal client expectations.
  • Creates and communicates on-going support of API/Web Service standards and processes.
  • May perform project management functions as either a project manager or team member.
  • On call responsibilities for various applications.


  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ year’s in business analysis, processes, procedures, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, etc or other related experience.
  • Working knowledge of business systems and applications, incident, and change management.
  • Requires solid analytical, organizational, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid presentation, technical and non-technical communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with an extremely fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking.
  • Proficient in literary skills for professional emails and documentation
  • Expert analysis, trouble shooting, technical and non-technical communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must have advanced organizational, project management and client interfacing skills.
