We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Services Representative to support our local marketing efforts. This role will assist in executing marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Support: Assist in the implementation of local branch marketing strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives.
- Campaign Coordination: Help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Marketing Events: Help plan, execute, and optimize local marketing events for our branches.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Brand Management: Support efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels in our branch communities.
- Budget Assistance: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to improve ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support cohesive marketing efforts.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with advertising agencies, product partners, and marketing vendors to support integrated marketing programs.
- Meeting Participation: Participate in meetings to help solve problems, brainstorm, build consensus, and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Program Monitoring: Track and monitor programs, events and campaigns to optimize and report results to marketing management and leadership.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement, better utilization of resources, and budget efficiencies.
- Enterprise Collaboration: Assist as liaison between Amegy bankers, business/product lines to ensure Amegy interests are incorporated into cross affiliate marketing-level projects and campaigns.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, Salesforce/CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with B2B and B2C marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in the banking industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Agency experience is a plus.
