We are seeking a creative, collaborative and highly motivated Marketing Services Representative with a passion for driving impactful marketing strategies to help lead our marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement across various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Lead the creation and implementation of local branch and brand marketing strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Marketing Opportunities: Identify and anticipate upcoming marketing needs through market research and data analysis, making appropriate recommendations for projects, programs, and campaigns.
  • Brand Advertising Management: Create brand advertising strategy and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels in all markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts at the local branch level.
  • Agency and Vendor Management: Engage with advertising agencies, product partners, and marketing vendors to plan and implement integrated marketing programs.
  • Meeting Leadership: Lead meetings to solve problems, brainstorm, build consensus, and make recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Program Monitoring: Track and monitor programs and campaigns to optimize and report results to marketing management and executive leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement, better utilization of resources, and budget efficiencies.
  • Enterprise Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Amegy marketing team and enterprise business/product lines to ensure interests are incorporated into cross affiliate marketing-level projects and campaigns.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on financial services or banking.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, Salesforce/CRM systems).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with B2B and B2C marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in the banking industry.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Agency experience is a plus.
