Zions Bancorporation is expanding its Enterprise Commercial Product (ECP) team structure to align Payments and Channel capabilities into two focused teams. We are seeking a Mgr. Enterprise Commercial Products who will lead a team through strategy, development, and lifecycle management for next-generation, innovative digital banking and payment capabilities while ensuring compliance, security, and strong customer value.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers/Product Owners accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management across a portfolio of commercial financial services products.
  • Set product vision and strategy; translate customer, market, and competitive insights into roadmaps, release plans, and measurable goals.
  • Own product performance, including profitability, pricing, and quality; monitor KPIs and drive actions to achieve growth, retention, and satisfaction targets.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to position offerings, enable the field, and execute go-to-market plans (including messaging, collateral needs, and launch readiness).
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, Legal, and servicing teams to deliver capabilities on time and to standard.
  • Engage directly with clients and relationship teams to validate needs, prioritize enhancements, and ensure awareness and adoption of product capabilities.
  • Identify and evaluate new product and enhancement opportunities; build business cases and recommendations based on market sizing, risk, and financial impact.
  • Oversee delivery governance for the product portfolio, including prioritization, dependency management, and progress reporting across active initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of industry, technology, and regulatory trends impacting commercial banking and payments; incorporate insights into strategy and backlog decisions.
  • Manage budget input and financial reporting as needed; ensure appropriate investment decisions and forecast accuracy for product initiatives.
  • Hire, coach, and evaluate team members; establish a high-performance culture with clear expectations, training, and ongoing development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including people leadership (managing Product Managers/Product Owners) and portfolio ownership.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial/treasury or payments products, product marketing, pricing, and profitability models.
  • Proven ability to set product strategy, define measurable goals/OKRs, and translate customer and market insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Legal.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal), including executive-ready narratives and business cases.
  • Demonstrated program/project leadership, budgeting/fiscal management, and the ability to deliver outcomes across multiple initiatives.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capabilities; ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Comfort operating in complex, highly regulated environments and driving decisions through ambiguity and change.
  • Agile delivery experience preferred; demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams.

 

Pay Range: 

  • $140,000 to $200,000 (Based upon relatable skills/experience and location)
