We are now accepting resumes for our Mortgage Loan Processor position.  This position can be located in Greenwood Village, CO, Phoenix, AZ or The Woodlands, TX.  The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to perform the following responsibilities: 

  • Review and verifies the mortgage application and all other documentation included in the application
  • Perform all processing and pre-closing tasks required to manufacture a loan in compliance with company standards and best practices from point of application to submission to underwriting
  • Review data integrity of loan files; reviewing and analyzing credit, income, asset, and property documentation; ensuring file meets all compliance and regulatory requirements; collecting documentation from borrowers; and organizing and packaging loan files to submit to underwriting
  • Be responsible for communicating with borrowers, realtors, vendors, and loan officers on status of loan files, answering questions, and providing other information as necessary to get the loan ready for closing and may assist in scheduling the loan closing
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 2+ years banking, lending procedures, loan processing, or other directly related experience
  • 3 plus years of post Trid processing experience highly preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, loan systems
  • Knowledge of banking process helpful
  • Must have solid organizational and customer service skills
  • Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge pc's and various word processing, spreadsheet or related software


Pay range (depending on experience): $17.00 - $28.00, Eligible for Incentive Plan
