Zions Bancorporation is currently hiring an Operational Analyst to join our Enterprise Retail Banking Product Team!

 

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to:

  • Work alongside product managers to analyze and resolve issues, implement projects, and make recommendations for process improvements related to enterprise retail products.
  • Perform business and operational analysis to impact business results and support management in decision making.
  • Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of product processes and procedures.
  • Present and share data with other team members and departments.
  • Perform project management functions as a project manager or team member.

 

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, business process and procedure improvement, and some project management techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Ability to take a problem, understand the issue and build a project plan that delivers solutions to resolve the problem.
  • Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or other related field and some experience in business operations, data analysis, processes, procedures, or other directly related experience.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills and ability communicate well, both verbal and written.
  • Requires solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a team of both management and staff employees.
  • Must have good follow-up skills and be detail oriented to meet deadlines. Operations or Financial Center experience is a plus.

A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

 

Ideally this position is in Salt Lake City, Utah with a hybrid work schedule but is open for remote within the continental United States.

 

Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000
