Zions Bancorporation has just opened an opportunity for a Personal Trust Administrator on our Fiduciary Services team located in either Salt Lake City, Utah,  Houston, TX or Las Vegas, NV.




Supporting fiduciary officers with trust administration, risk management, correspondence and documents, recordkeeping and various administrative tasks.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:


  • Ability to review trust agreement documents and ensure compliance.
  • Provide administrative support in the processing of transactions, fees, discretionary distributions, and asset receipts/withdrawals.
  • Perform initial and annual administrative account reviews.
  • Complete new account onboarding and closing duties.
  • Review and process trust administration tasks as needed and assigned.
  • Process trust account money movement transactions including bill-pay and tax payments.
  • Perform trust account maintenance on trust accounting system.
  • Ensure processing activities are thoroughly documented (scanned and filed).
  • Prepare and send written correspondence.
  • Assist with quarterly audit requests.
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Manage special projects as needed with minimal oversight.
  • Provide timely and professional interaction within Fiduciary
  • Services and (when requested by fiduciary officer) with clients, other banking colleagues and outside professionals.
  • Assist with fiduciary tax processing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years’ experience with trusts, estates or other directly experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
