Who should apply? We want someone who has:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math or related field
  • 4+ years risk management, analysis, auditing or other directly related experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Ability to work with various levels of employees and management and build strong relationships throughout the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to details.

 

Preferred requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability in developing and administering risk identification programs, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of various bank/government regulatory requirements and processes.
  • Experience presenting and persuasively communicating to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking to identify themes and trends with issue data.
  • Demonstrated project planning and time management skills.
  • Experience refining processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
