We are seeking an experienced, client-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Client Service Associate (Lead Teller) at our Northwest Plaza (Dallas, TX) branch. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily teller operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is a service-driven banking professional with strong operational knowledge and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee daily vault operations, cash balancing, and teller cash distribution

  • Monitor cash inventory, order currency, and verify shipments

  • Complete daily cash and transaction reconciliations

  • Coordinate teller schedules, workflow, and daily operations

  • Deliver exceptional client service and identify banking solutions

  • Coach and develop teller staff to support performance and service excellence

  • Ensure teller compliance with operational, regulatory, and security standards

  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to appropriate resources when needed

  • Protect client and bank information with maintaining compliance and security standards

  • Partner with branch leadership to achieve operational and performance goals

  • Support branch operations and complete additional duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, including teller operations, cash handling, and vault management

  • Previous leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong cash handling, balancing, and transaction processing skills

  • Proficiency with banking systems, technology, and teller equipment

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to lead, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to identify client needs and make referrals

  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance, sales, and referral goals while maintaining professionalism and reliability

 

Work Schedule:

 

  • Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM

  • Saturday, 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM

 

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week). A flexible schedule within the hours listed is required.
