As a leading financial institution, we offer innovative digital payment solutions designed to make financial transactions seamless, secure, and efficient. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us build and deliver next-generation money movement products that compete with industry-leading fintech companies like Venmo, Cash App, Square, and PayPal.

Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll join a team of product managers focused on the management and execution of our digital payments and money movement products. Utilizing Agile delivery methods and user-centered design principles, you’ll create easy-to-use, relevant solutions for consumers and small businesses, ensuring the products continuously meet customer needs. This role is ideal for a product manager with expertise in money movement products such as mobile remote check deposits, Bill Pay, Zelle, Autobooks, QuickBooks, Transfers, Real-Time Payments, and other emerging payment technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Contribute and execute on a compelling product strategy for digital payment solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and growth.
    • Work alongside the existing product team to define and champion roadmaps for key payment products including mobile remote check deposit, Bill Pay, Zelle, QuickBooks, Autobooks, and Real-Time Payments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • User-Centered Design & UX Focus:
    • Collaborate with UX teams to create intuitive, frictionless, and customer-first money movement experiences.
    • Translate customer needs and pain points into actionable product features that align with both business goals and user expectations.
    • Ensure all payment products are designed to be accessible, simple, usable, and are optimized for a wide range of users including small businesses and individual consumers.
  • Product Development & Agile Delivery:
    • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle using Agile methods, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, legal, compliance, sales, etc.) to execute seamless product delivery and go-to-market success.
    • Prioritize product features based on customer value and business goals.
  • Driving Adoption & Growth:
    • Optimize the adoption and utilization of existing payment products by analyzing customer behavior and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive customer education, engagement, and growth in payment product usage.
    • Measure and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions to improve products and user experiences.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze competitor offerings (including fintech companies like Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Square) to ensure our payment products remain competitive and differentiated in the marketplace.
    • Provide insights on how emerging payment trends, technologies, and regulations impact our product roadmap and innovation strategy.


Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital payments, money movement, or fintech products.
  • Expertise in a wide range of payment types, such as mobile remote check deposit, Bill Pay, Zelle, QuickBooks, Autobooks, Real-Time Payments, Transfers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the digital payment ecosystem, including key players, trends, and technologies, with an ability to differentiate our offerings in a competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving the adoption of digital products.
  • Experience working with user-centered design principles and collaborating closely with UX teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and optimize product performance based on customer feedback and product usage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.


Pay Range:

  • $90,000 - $130,000 (based upon relatable skills, experience and location)
