It is a familiar concept around the bank – reaching Amegy’s goal of becoming the leading bank in Texas requires our team to run a marathon, not a sprint. For more than 20 years, Amegy has been dedicated to this concept – growing customer and employee relationships one by one. We realize that in order to be a great bank for Texas, we also need to develop meaningful and successful careers for our employees.

At Amegy, we work hard to create an environment where all employees have the opportunity to grow their career while contributing to the success of the company. Giving Back Is One Of Our Highest Priorities:

The goal of Amegy Bank of Texas is to contribute to the communities we serve by targeting our charitable giving and volunteerism toward nonprofit groups that produce positive results locally. We make a commitment to the people of Texas to be the leader in Texas banking, and we believe this also means committing to be a leading corporate citizen.

  • Corporate Contributions – contributions made by the company to support the communities we serve. Some of the benefit areas include: educations, community development, arts, diversity, affordable housing and economic development.
  • Employee Volunteerism – our employees find immense pride volunteering thousands of hours each year to charitable causes through our Amegy Cares program.
